Description
79500 miles (may creep). NO SWAPS.
FSH through local mechanic + low maintenance done by myself
3 owners from new
MOT to Jul 27. Genuine reason for sale.
Owned since Apr 2019, given me 0 issues in 7 years, put under 50k on the car - mainly motorway miles in the Mainland UK.
Cons - all factored into my asking price which I have reduced by 500.
Long scratch on drivers door - likely caused by an inconsiderate idiot in a car park.
IDrive screen is cracked - knocked it polishing the glass 4 years ago. Doesn't effect functionality of screen.
Rear tyres have around 2000 miles left. Did not flair on recent MOT. Continental Sports on rear.
Pros + Subtle Mods
Engine unaltered, oil changed 10k miles
ZF8 automatic gearbox - A must when I bought the car, drove both a manual and auto, in sport mode it would fool you into thinking its a double clutch box.
MPerformace exhaust system from factory. Car sounds awesome in comfort. In sport the baffles open allowing the N55 engine to purr and spit through the gears... however no motorway drone.
Adaptive MPerformance suspension. Car responds really well on tight bends, but comfortable for cruises.
Spark plugs changed at 60k miles
Upgraded slotted + grooved Brembo discs + pads on front 550 at 60k miles
Upgraded MTEC slotted and grooved discs and pads on the rear 350 at 70k miles
763m style alloys fitted at 40k miles. All were sprayed last year in Subaru gold. 1 alloy has a slight rub. Original 436m wheels will come with the car if asking price is met - note these will need refurbished.
20mm spacers front and rear to fill the arches
25mm lowering springs (NOT CURRENTLY fitted). Fitted at 40k miles and removed at 55k miles due to NI roads. Will come with the car if asking price is met.
Splitter kit all round, rear spoiler. All fitted at Xmas 25. Cost 350. Original rear bumper insert will come with the car.
Other elements of paintwork in good order. Usual stonechips around the front bumper and bonet.
Front tyres have 10k on them - Dunlop Sport Maxx 2.
Summary. In no rush to sell, when I purchased, I considered RS3/A45/Focus RS. 7 years later, I'd still buy the inline 6 cylinder with all the power going to the rear wheels!
Never been tracked. An awesome hot hatch ready to go to a new owner. Rare car to find in NI.
Ready to go as is. Clay barred and polished on 23 Jul 26. If you are planning on a test drive, I will require to see certificate of fully comp insurance for the car / money in hand. Thanks!
