Description

180,000 miles | Fresh MOT | Full Service History | 420BHP / 850NM | Extensive Preventative Maintenance A genuinely exceptional BMW 435d that has had over 10,000 on maintenance and upgrades, with the car maintained with long-term ownership in mind. The major preventative maintenance has already been carried out, including the timing chain and ACL Race rod bearings, along with extensive work to the engine, cooling system and drivetrain. The car is Stage 2 tuned by DGMaps in Poole, producing approximately 420BHP and 850NM, with a Stage 3 gearbox tune also carried out by DGMaps. The car drives extremely well and pulls incredibly strongly while still returning around 46MPG. The 180,000 miles are predominantly commuting/motorway miles. I have used the car for approximately 100 miles a day during the week and very rarely drive it at weekends. Major work carried out: * Timing chain replacement * ACL Race rod bearings * Lower stiffening plate * New head gasket * New rocker cover * Water pump * Oil pump * Intake walnut blast/carbon clean * Swirl flap delete * EGR coded out * Upgraded intercooler * Decat downpipe * All new boost hoses * Turbo/charge pipe replacements * Oil cooler seals * New A/C condenser * Gearbox service * Stage 3 gearbox tune * Front & rear differential maintenance * New glow plugs * New battery * New undertray * Brake fluid change * A/C service * K&N air filter * 4x new Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres The timing chain and rod bearings were carried out by RBM Performance in Hampshire, with other performance work and tuning carried out by DGMaps, Poole. The car has a full service history and has been serviced approximately every 6 months / 8,000-10,000 miles. I have paperwork/documentation for the work carried out and photographs showing the condition of components before replacement, as well as photographs following the engine work. The original DPF is also included with the car. The car has been extremely well looked after and has been maintained regardless of cost. I have always preferred to replace components preventatively rather than wait for problems to occur. I am only selling because I have recently had solar installed at home and it now makes sense for me to move to an EV. If that wasn't the case, I would be keeping the car.
