It's a fantastic all-round SUV that offers comfort, practicality and excellent build quality. The car drives exactly as it should, with no mechanical issues whatsoever, and has been a pleasure to own. The vehicle comes with a full service history, with servicing carried out by both Volkswagen main dealers and reputable independent garages. The car is in good overall condition for its age and mileage. Cosmetically, the only things worth mentioning are a small piece of trim next to one of the wheel arches that is the wrong size. It's a very minor detail and never bothered me enough to replace it. The alloy wheels also have some light kerb marks, as shown in the photos.
