I imported my 1958 MGA from California. TAX FREE . It has original panel fit . I fitted a 3 bearing MGB engine which looks identical to the original engine. The engine has been reconditioned and uprated probably an extra 12 BHP . It has a recent high ratio diff ,, recon gearbox, tubeless wire wheels, newish tyres, recent new hood, tonneau cover and many other replacement parts. I drove the car to switzerland without any problems. The car is quite quick for an MGA and economical. The car can be viewed in Dorset.
