Description
This is my 2003 E46 M3 convertible smg finished in carbon black & has covered just short of 91,000 miles in 23 years & sadly is now for sale. The car is in excellent condition throughout & has recently been machine polished & ceramic wax coated as you can see from the pictures. The car was taken off the road by the previous owner in 2015 & was dry stored before being recommissioned prior to my purchase in 2020 & I have now owned the car for the last 6 years & in that time it has had a full, front to back metal underbody restoration including rear chassis strengthening plates from Redish Motorsport fitted & everything has been either replaced using genuine BMW parts from my local main dealer or cleaned & refurbished & is back to as new condition with no rust anywhere. The photos are just a small sample of the condition of the vehicle & examples of before & after restoration. The black leather interior is unmarked with no real visible signs of wear. The alloy wheels have also been refurbished due to lacquer peel & have been powder coated hypersilver. I have over 200 photos / videos of the restoration process which I will put on a memory stick for the purchaser along with an A4 Lever Arch file full of receipts for parts, restoration, servicing, stamped service book & every M.O.T. The car has never failed an M.O.T. & only once in its history did it have an advisory for two tyres which were changed by one of the previous owners. In total, I have spent over 9,000 restoring the car to its current condition.
The car has always been garaged & only used in the summer months & has never seen rain, in fact the only time it sees water is when its washed. The car will also come with a matching hardtop & cover, a full custom BMW car cover, full BMW book pack, a Ctek trickle charger & stoplock wheel clamp & the private M3 plate.
I have only done about 2,500 miles in all the time I have had it & the car is an absolute joy to drive & has no leaks, no warning lights, the smg hydraulic clutch & gearbox change gear beautifully & there are no issues with either the rod bearings or vanos system. This is virtually a new car, to all intents and purposes & you will not be disappointed. Every seller seems to say that theirs is probably the best one on the market & that maybe the case, but if you want one that has been restored to as near to its original factory condition then look no further.
No other sale agencies or time wasters please, genuine potential buyers only.
