MERCEDES 500 SL Automatic March 1985 119419 Miles Convertible 5 Litre Unfortunately when I purchased this the service history was missing so no records of the maintenance but has been stored by the previous owner for quite a long time. Great car to drive. The steering wheel has been replaced at some point in its life. Has got central locking fitted. Centre console has had a stereo installed at some point in its life as well which does still work. Not sure if anything else has been changed. Not taken the roof off as being honest I'm not sure how. Knocking noise from the front passenger side when turning right. Front drivers side wing and bonnet will need paint as pictured. Also the base of the pillars going into each door have been poorly filled with something. All of this photoed. The drivers seat base will need to be reupholstered (also pictured). The underside has been covered in underseal, for protection. All brakes are worn but still driving fine. Seems to drive as it should, never driven anything similar to compare it to. Get plenty of looks driving it around though
