Rare, low-mileage 204 PS Executive Caravelle with full Alcantara/leather interior, twin electric sliding doors, two swivel captain's chairs, factory rail-mounted multifunction table, reverse camera, 4 ISOFIX points, heated front seats, front and rear climate control (3 zone), CarPlay, multiple charging points, and all the comfort features that make the Caravelle such an outstanding family vehicle. The responsive 204 PS BiTDI engine makes it every bit as enjoyable to drive as it is practical. This was our dream van. We owned a SWB Caravelle for over 10 years and, with twins and all the associated equipment, always wished we had the extra space of the LWB combined with the more powerful engine. We finally upgraded, only to discover that our children are older, the buggy has long gone, and apparently we no longer need quite so much space! The deciding factor is that my wife refuses to drive it because it's "too long". The LWB is only around 30 cm longer than the SWB, and the reversing camera and parking sensors make it surprisingly easy to manoeuvre. The flexibility of the interior is fantastic. The rear bench slides forwards and backwards, allowing either enormous boot space or limousine-like legroom for rear passengers. It also folds flat to create a comfortable sleeping platform with a mattress. There are 4 ISOFIX points, which were an essential feature when we searched for this Caravelle. The electric sliding doors and swivel captain's chairs make the interior exceptionally versatile. Bikes fit. Camping gear fits. Fishing gear fits. It effortlessly accommodates everything a busy family can throw at it. I'm including a set of winter tyres (255/45 R18 103V XL), bought new and only used for one ski trip. We bought this van intending to keep it for at least the next 10 years and searched extensively to find this exact specification. With its exceptionally low mileage, comprehensive service history and excellent condition, we expected it to be our long-term family vehicle. The previous owner had the vehicle professionally converted by Lewis Reed for wheelchair access and professionally returned to the original Executive 7-seat layout. The only remaining difference is a fuel tank approximately 5 litres smaller than standard. As it was previously a Motability vehicle, the servicing was meticulously maintained. Low-mileage Executive Caravelles of this specification rarely become available, particularly in such original, well-maintained condition.
