PRIVATE SELLER - ONE OWNER FROM NEW This vehicle was factory ordered by me from new and supplied by Mercedes-Benz of Ashford in 2023, with an original purchase price of 55,395 (please see the accompanying original order form included within the photographs). I am a private seller and the vehicle's only owner from new. I am a barrister and the vehicle has been used primarily for professional/work travel, predominantly with me as the sole occupant. The current mileage is approximately 51,156 miles. It has not been used as a family car and has been exceptionally well cared for throughout my ownership. As an indication of how carefully the interior has been maintained, the original factory protective film remains on the central display screen. Its original registration is GD23 HGU. The vehicle is currently displaying my private registration, LIL 922, which is not included in the sale and will be retained by me. The vehicle comes with two keys. It is genuinely one of the smoothest and most enjoyable cars I have ever driven. The convertible roof is fantastic during the summer months and can conveniently be raised or lowered while driving at speeds of up to approximately 37 mph. The vehicle has recently passed its MOT and benefits from a full Mercedes-Benz service history. Its third-year service is already booked for Tuesday 25 August 2026, when it will receive its A Service, including an oil and air filter change. The service is costing approximately 600 pounds and will be paid for by me in full prior to any sale. I am genuinely sad to see the car go, as I have thoroughly enjoyed owning and driving it. The only reason for sale is that I now require a larger 4x4 vehicle. Outstanding Finance For complete transparency, the vehicle is currently subject to outstanding finance. The finance will be settled in full by me prior to completion of the sale, meaning the vehicle will be sold free from outstanding finance. For the avoidance of doubt, I am not reliant upon the proceeds of the sale to settle the outstanding balance. The finance will be discharged separately by me before ownership of the vehicle is transferred to the purchaser.
