Description

Introduced in 2007, the Aston Martin DBS marked a decisive shift in the marque's modern GT lineage, replacing the Vanquish as the flagship model and ushering in a more focused interpretation of Aston Martin's grand touring formula. Although commonly referred to as a 6.0-litre, the DBS is powered by Aston Martin's 5.9-litre V12, a unit renowned for its character and durability. Producing 510 bhp, it combined performance with long distance refinement and quickly became one of the defining cars of the Gaydon era. This UK-supplied example was delivered new on the 25th of November 2009 via Aston Martin of Mayfair, finished in Quantum Silver, a Q special order shade created for the DBS driven by Bond in Quantum of Solace, over Q Exclusive Obsidian Black semi aniline leather. The exterior sits on 20-spoke silver alloy wheels, a combination that suits the DBS's proportions perfectly. Inside, the Obsidian Black Balmoral hide is paired with Alcantara seat centres and silver contrast stitching, complemented by an Alcantara steering wheel, lightweight Phantom Grey carpets, and silver facia trim. The sports seats are set within the 2+2 arrangement, and further details include a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound audio system, polished alloy tread plates, an auto dimming interior rear view mirror, the volumetric and tilt sensor alarm upgrade, and the Touchtronic 2 gearbox. Apple CarPlay and a reverse camera have also been added, bringing modern usability without detracting from the original cabin. The service history is exceptional, with sixteen recorded entries carried out by Aston Martin main dealers, Aston Martin Works, and latterly the renowned marque specialist Nicholas Mee, most recently in January 2026. Showing 34,750 miles today and having had just three former keepers, this DBS is accompanied by the main crystal key, spare key, emergency key, the original book pack and user's manual, a comprehensive folio of documentation, an indoor Aston Martin car cover, a C-tek battery conditioner, the fitted Aston Martin umbrella, and an emergency tyre kit. This exceptional example is available for viewing by appointment only at our showroom just outside London.
