VW Golf - 10 Years Ownership - Spares or Repairs / Project Selling my VW Golf after 10 years of ownership and many years of happy driving. The car has recently had its 160,000-mile service, along with 2 new tyres and rear brakes. I've always looked after the car during my ownership and have paperwork documenting its history. Recent work includes: 160k service 2 new tyres New rear brakes New battery fitted in 2022 Reconditioned gearbox fitted in June 2023 Known issue The car currently has an issue with delayed throttle response. When pressing the accelerator, there is a noticeable delay before the engine responds and the car builds momentum and gets up to speed. Because of this, the car is being strictly sold as seen for spares or repairs / as a project, with no warranties given or implied. Please make sure you are happy with the condition and known fault before purchasing. Also included: Stereo, complete with instructions Both original keys Paperwork/history available Collection only. Although the car has not broken down, due to the throttle issue I would strongly recommend arranging a tow/recovery vehicle to collect it rather than attempting to drive it home.
