I've owned the car for the last 3 years and have looked after it carefully throughout my ownership. It's incredibly economical to run. On a recent 425-mile London to Edinburgh journey, it averaged an impressive 80 MPG, and over the last 3,900+ miles it has averaged around 74 MPG.
