I have had the car for over 7 years and only reason I'm selling is because I'm moving to an electric. The car has recently had the timing belt replaced and it was MOT'd in March. The engine light comes on occasionally after a long journey and then goes off but I have reduced the price to reflect this. I got a diagnosis and it is an EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) fault and isn't affecting the performance.
