Description

For regrettable sale due to ongoing house build bleeding me dry and needing to downsize my car collection (currently 10 vehicles in the household!) Owned for two years, thought I'd never sell it, but needs must. E500s are complicated cars that need specialist care rather than the managed decline most see. I'm an enthusiast (with a ramp in my garage!) and have looked after the car well. 189k, everything works with good service history. The service book has gone missing, but plenty of receipts over the years. It's been well cared for and wears its miles well. Easily capable of the same mileage again. Previous owner was an Independent Mercedes specialist in Bristol (who also has a w210 E430 V8 as a personal car), who carried out considerable work including airmatic pump, steering rack, PDC sensors, all 16 spark plugs and all engine mounts. Most recent MOT was at Automotive Solutions (Independent Merc Specialist), who replaced both rear ABS reluctor rings at the same time as the MOT. Photos show suspension in "high" setting that I use to get off my steep driveway. Car sits considerably lower depending on suspension settings. Nice additional spec with: - Radar cruise control - Multi Contour seats (air adjustable bolsters and lumbar) - 7 seats - Bluetooth phone connectivity - Double front cup holder (weirdly not standard fit!) Two sets of wheels (both recently refurbished), one with brand new Michelin PS5s, one with good winter tyres. Negatives (all shown in photos) - Rear bumper has a few scuffs here and there - O/S/R arch has minor rust in usual W211 spot (very minor compared to most) - Minor ding on tailgate - A few minor marks on front bumper ULEZ compliant, 445 road tax It's only been in Scotland since I owned it, so not the usual rust buckets we get up here!
