When was the last time you saw one of these early 'Phase 1' Cabriolets on the road !! You just can't help but smile when you stand and look at this car as It just screams "FUN"and "Look at me" with its gorgeous bright yellow paint scheme and timeless Italian Pininfarina styling. Its looks are distinctly unique and hark back to an era where cars still had their own individuality and identity. Not only is it a gorgeous looking car but it's ownership and service history are just as impressive. The first owner chose the wonderful paint scheme and complemented it with soft black leather interior and black hood. Squint and it looks like a Bumblebee from a distance so that's the name we've given her. It was treated on the underbody from new and garaged for the majority of its life therefore keeping at bay the worst of what the U.K. roads throw at out cars. We have 2 Service books (the first completely filled) with 22 PEUGEOT MAIN DEALER stamps !! When was the last time you saw that ? Those that have bought cars from us in the past know we love to treat them to as much love and attention as we can before passing them on to their new owners in the hope they continue to grace our roads for many years to come. This car is no exception and is currently in the workshop having its timing belt and waterpump replaced as well as new disc brakes and pads all round. The wheels were refurbished in the past year and it sits on good tyres. The electric roof was also serviced by the last owner and works as it should. I have personally driven the car on a number of occasions while the sun was out and can confirm it drives beautifully with a super smooth gear change from the automatic gearbox. Not sure I'd want to take it out when it's cold, wet and miserable as it's far too nice to be used as a daily Driver. It needs to be kept in a nice warm garage, covered by Goose Down Duvets and treated just like one of the family.
