We are reluctantly selling our much-loved 2017 VW Tiguan as we relocate overseas. We have owned the car since it had just 16,000 miles (one previous owner plus supplying dealer) and it has been an exceptionally reliable family car throughout our ownership. It has a full service history, with every service carried out on schedule. In fact it is fresh from oil service right now and comes with a full clean bill of health, so it's ready for its next owner. We have never cut corners on maintenance. It sits on Michelin tyres all round (including 2x brand new up front), with the timing belt replaced at 98,000 miles (March 2025), a new clutch fitted at 85,000 miles (June 2024) and new pads and discs at 108,000 miles (Sep 2025). The significant jobs for a car this age are all done! Inside, the Tiguan is spacious, comfortable and a great place to spend time, whether on the school run or longer journeys. Features include effective air conditioning, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and an excellent sound system. As you'd expect from a genuine family car that has spent time on narrow Monmouthshire lanes, there are a few cosmetic scratches and signs of use. Nothing that affects the way it drives, and it still presents very well with a smart, glossy finish. Mechanically it wants for nothing, drives exactly as it should, and has been a dependable car for us.
