Description
Selling my 2017 Ford Ranger Wildtrak.
3.2 TDI - No wet belt.
Probably the best maintained Ranger in the UK. I love this truck and spared no expense on it's upkeep.
My mechanic was under instruction to repair/replace anything that needed it, including preemptive maintenance. There is absolutely nothing to spend on this one.
I have a huge folder full of receipts to back this up.
Servicing was done every 10,000 miles (less than the recommended 12500miles). This was usually every 4-5 months.
For most of it's life, it had an 80mile daily round trip (hence the current mileage). All on country A/B roads. This is the best way to treat a modern TDI - you will have zero issue with the DPF on this one.
Comes with two sets of wheels/tyres (8 wheels/tyres + the spare). All have loads of tread.
4 wheels have General Grabber AT3. These wheels are pretty battered and currently on the pickup.
4 wheels have the original OEM Continental tyres (CrossContact LX I think). I haven't used these wheels much and the rims are in good condition.
I've added the tow bar (used once), the roller shutter (in good working order) and a kit to make the tailgate lock with the remote.
Headlights and high beam upgraded to LED. The main beam upgrade is a big improvement, the high beam less so. The halogen bulbs are in the glove box so the new owner can choose what to use.
I've used seat covers for it's entire time with me. The front pair are end-of-life, however the rear bench seat cover is in excellent condition.
Comes with 3 sets of rubber floor mats including a full set of brand new, unused, Ford OEM rubber mats.
I replaced the rear O/S light cluster early on. The old one looks fine (think it used to let water in) so can be taken by the buyer as a spare (it'll get through MOT no problem - looks fine).
I also replaced the NS wing mirror, the old one is battered but functional and can also be taken as a spare.
Recent work includes new clutch, and power steering rack but loads of historical work also carried out. No expense spared on maintenance.
This truck drives lovely. I really enjoyed my time with it and highly rate the manual Ranger. Being the 3.2 and a manual, this one will last another 200k miles no problem
I'm only selling due to buying a similar era Amarok with less miles. I'm somewhat regretting not getting the same Ranger again but there aren't many about with low miles anymore.
No annoying ADAS rubbish.
ULEZ compliant.
Open to near offers.
