I have owned this CLS 220d Shooting Brake since October 2017 and am only the second owner. It's in great overall condition, has been very well cared for and has no known mechanical issues. It has also proved extremely reliable throughout my ownership. It's a fantastic car to drive, combining the looks and comfort of the CLS with the design and practicality of the Shooting Brake. The rear air suspension gives it a particularly comfortable and composed ride across all types of road surfaces. Fuel economy is excellent for a car of this size. I typically average around 42 mpg in mainly local driving, with 55 mpg easily achievable on a motorway run. The 220d is also the more economical engine choice compared with the larger 3.0-litre CLS, with lower emissions and a lower annual road-tax band. The most recent service was a major service, including gearbox/transmission oil, and the MOT was carried out at the same time in November 2025. The car also comes with both summer and winter alloys and tyres, with a roof rack available and boot liner included. Private plate removed and fitted with AMG wheels.
