We did SORN it as was unsure of whether to sell it or keep it as our 'weekend toy' but have now decided to sell it. She has owned the car since 20th April 2023 and loves it as it's a lot of fun, she has always liked these and wanted one since first learning to drive. She originally had a SMART Fortwo but sold it to buy this. It has recently passed its MOT with the only advisories being that three tyres were showing signs of wear even though they meet the legal requirements. The car is in very good condition for its age, it is hpi clear and has a very good pedigree. It has an extensive service history and has a comprehensive folder full of receipts for works completed from new. All works while in my daughter's ownership have been completed by a SMART specialist in Birmingham who I can highly recommend for these cars. The car has had the common problems rectified including the scuttle tray leak and renewal of the SAM unit. If we were keeping the car I would probably have the hard top and the wheels refurbished to make the car perfect. The car is currently 'of the road' while we decided whether to sell or keep it therefore it currently has no insurance or tax so please bear this in mind when arranging a test drive as you will need to arrange your own insurance for this purpose.
