Description

Reluctantly selling my Nissan Qashqai 1.5 dCi Tekna after 1.5 years of ownership - moving house and have switched to an EV, otherwise I'd have happily kept this one another 4-5 years. Maintenance: timing chain, auxiliary chain and water pump replaced at 60,000 miles. Full service history with dated invoices for all major work, available on request. Recent brakes and suspension: new front discs, recently fitted pads, full brake fluid change, new front-left steering knuckle and wheel bearing, both front control arms replaced, new anti-roll bar link and track rod end, brand new Michelin All Season tyres all round worth (800). Rear pads still have life left, and I'm including a brand-new spare set with the car. 69,000 miles, averaging under 8,000 miles a year. I bought it at 46,000 miles and have covered around 15,000 miles a year since - mostly long and motorway runs, exactly what this engine thrives on. Oil and filter changed every 5,000 miles without exception, always with an additive treatment (Oilsyn Velosyn WS2), plus Archoil fuel additive and conditioner on every tank. Result: never a single DPF issue, and it runs smooth and quiet with no rattles, smoke or hesitation. Real-world economy: around 50mpg cruising at 70mph, 60mpg+ hypermiling, on single carriageways, or cruising at 60mph. One tank does roughly 550 motorway miles, or up to 650 on single-carriageway roads. Ownership and history - please read: 3 owners. The first owner (a lady) had the car recorded as Category N (non-structural damage) on 23/06/2023, following minor damage to the front-left bumper. The second owner carried out a full repair to factory spec and used it as a family car for a year before I bought it 1.5 years ago. Even though the repair was already done properly, I went further and replaced the entire front-left suspension side anyway, purely for my own peace of mind - none of it was actually needed. Flagging this clearly upfront rather than leaving it for an HPI check to reveal. Documentation and evidence of both the repair and my own work available on request. Extras available: transferable MotorEasy warranty, 15 months remaining, for an extra 400. Also have 2-3 bottles of oil plus a filter (RRP 200) available for an extra 100. Cheap to insure - around 400 a year. Full service history and all documentation available to view. Message via Autotrader or WhatsApp 07762 308738 to arrange a viewing or test drive.
