2017 SEAT Leon FR Technology (Facelift) - Desire Red After six brilliant years of ownership, it's time to sell my SEAT Leon FR. I bought this back in 2020 as the second owner, and it's been a fantastic, reliable car to live with. Powered by the punchy 150bhp engine paired with a sporty six-speed manual gearbox, it offers a brilliant balance of performance and economy. In my opinion, Desire Red is easily the best colour SEAT offered, it looks great on the road and really pops when freshly cleaned. This is the 2017 facelift model, which introduced sharper exterior styling, a refined interior, and the upgraded, larger touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also comes fitted with the full LED package all round, including great LED headlights with automatic high beam assist that make night driving effortless. The car also falls into the cheap 35 road tax band. The real stand-out feature is the optional electric glass sunroof. It was an 800 factory option when new, and very few Leons on the market were actually specced with it. It makes a massive difference to the cabin, keeping it bright and airy. Maintenance & Condition I've always taken pride in keeping the car clean and well cared for inside and out. It's in great shape, though as a car that has been driven daily, there are a few minor, age-related marks to be expected for the mileage and these have been factored in to the price. Service History: Full folder of records, serviced by SEAT main dealers early on and later by a reputable independent garage. Recent Maintenance: Brand-new rear brakes fitted in June, alongside two new rear springs installed for last year's MOT. Servicing was carried out earlier this year by an Independent garage alongside the MOT. Viewing & Test Drives Please note that the car is currently being kept off the road at my parents house so any test drives will need to be arranged well in advance as the vehicle will need to be taxed and insured and I will need to be available to meet you there. If you wish to test drive the car yourself, I will also need to see proof of a valid fully comprehensive day insurance policy. As I already have another car, this is no longer being driven daily.
