Description

2018 Ford Ranger Wildtrak 3.2 TDCi Automatic Double Cab finished in black. 138,000 miles, 2 keys and MOT until May/June 2027. Lovely looking truck which runs and drives well, with a good clean interior. I've spent a considerable amount on maintenance and getting the truck properly sorted since buying it, including: Full recent service - engine oil and all filters, including fuel filter New battery 5 new Bosch glow plugs New Bosch NOx sensor New AdBlue injector New AdBlue tank heater DPF regeneration carried out Recently been into Ford for exhaust recall work and vehicle health check Cooling system professionally pressure tested New Brembo front discs and pads included but not yet fitted - current brakes are getting low and were advised on the recent Ford health check The truck has been serviced throughout its life, generally annually. It drives very nicely for the mileage, the automatic gearbox changes smoothly and the 3.2 engine pulls well. Bodywork presents very well and the interior is clean and tidy. For complete transparency, there are a few things that still require attention: The air conditioning requires investigation/regassing. The tyre pressure warning light is currently illuminated. The driver's front tyre has a small leak around the rim/valve. I've also noticed that the coolant occasionally requires topping up. The cooling system has been professionally pressure tested during its recent visit to Ford with no pressure loss found. A subsequent garage inspection found a small leak at a hose connection which was rectified, although I have since noticed the coolant level still appears to reduce slightly over time. I'm mentioning this so the next owner is fully aware. There are also some subtle marks around the wheel arches where it appears the previous owner had a wide arch kit fitted. I have the arch kit but simply haven't had the time to refit it. I'm selling because I've realised I simply don't need a pickup. We already have our family car and, with three small children and a home renovation, I don't have the time or need for it. I've now bought a smaller runaround, hence the Ranger is for sale. It's a really smart-looking Wildtrak and has had a significant amount spent on it recently. I've priced it to reflect the mileage and the few remaining items mentioned above.
