It has the response, depth and soundtrack you expect from a supercharged V6, with enough performance to make the car genuinely entertaining without losing the smoothness that makes a Range Rover so good at everyday driving. Select Dynamic mode and the engine, steering, gearbox and adaptive suspension all sharpen up noticeably. Inside is where this particular Velar really gets interesting. The half dark blue, half black perforated leather with its Union Jack seat design is a beautiful combination and a welcome departure from the usual black-on-black Velar interior. With the fixed panoramic roof above it, the cabin feels both distinctive and properly premium. The specification is exactly where you want it too: heated and cooled front seats, memory seats for both front passengers, adaptive cruise control, Meridian surround sound, digital dash, wired Apple CarPlay, reverse camera, Park Assist, electric tailgate and adjustable rear backrests. The history is predominantly Land Rover main dealer, with regular servicing including oil, brake fluid, filters and spark plugs. We will carry out our own fresh service and preparation before sale, including oil, inspection, air filter, pollen filter, brake fluid and wipers.
