2001 BMW E46 330d Sport Manual - 112k Selling my E46 330d Sport. I've owned it since around 108k and have put a lot of time and money into getting it properly sorted. I'm a mechanical engineer and have done much of the work myself. In roughly the last 4,000 miles it's had: All 6 injectors replaced with refurbished genuine Bosch units from WTDiesel. New genuine BMW inlet manifold, both in-tank and underbody fuel pumps, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, all vacuum lines, Pierburg turbo pressure converter and EGR cleaned. Suspension has also had a good overhaul including Meyle HD front control arms/bushes and droplinks, rear trailing arm bushes with limiters, front and rear anti-roll bar bushes and rear droplinks. It then had a full Hunter 4-wheel alignment. Other work includes an oil & filter service, oil level sensor/seal, driver's window regulator, boot struts, exhaust clamp repair and rear light earth repair. The front offside jacking point also had some localised rust properly cut out, new metal fabricated and welded in, then zinc primed, cavity wax oiled, seam sealed and protected. Steering wheel trim repainted too since photo taken. The car is a 2001 330d Sport with the 3.0 straight-six diesel and 5-speed manual ZF gearbox. Grey leather Sport interior, multifunction Sport steering wheel, cruise control, climate control with automatic AC, rear parking sensors and Sport trim. It drives really well, pulls strongly and feels tight after all the suspension work. It's also remained largely original rather than being mapped or heavily modified. For a 25-year-old car it's in good condition, but it's not perfect. There are age-related marks, some kerbing to the wheels and wear to the driver's seat. I've tried to photograph it honestly. I've kept a detailed record of the work carried out along with receipts for many of the parts. A lot of the usual E46/330d age-related jobs have now been dealt with.
