Up for sale is my rare Seat Leon X-perience. There aren't many of these around and it is basically a cheaper alternative to a Skoda Scout or VW Allroad, same chassis, running gear and engine etc. It has 20mm higher suspension than a normal Leon and more rugged body styling. At the time of writing, there is only one other X-perience DSG auto for sale in the whole country. This is the 184bhp engine which is the top power model for this VAG 2.0 TDI. It has great torque and pulls strong in all gears. I'm only selling as I have got a great offer from a friend on a 530d touring, otherwise I would be keeping this Leon as it does everything I need. It has had 3 former keepers. It passed its MoT in June with no advisories. It has had two recent front tyres and tracking was done at the same time. It has matching all-season tyres fitted all round, they are brilliant tyres in the dry, rain or snow. You can literally go anywhere in the snow in this car it is unbelievable. The all important DSG and haldex service was carried out in Nov 2025 @64k miles by a VAG specialist with invoice to prove. The last engine service was done in April 2026 @68k miles and had a new PCV fitted at the same time. The Timing belt was done at 40k in 2021. The car has had 8 services done in total, I can send pictures of each page of the service book. Overall the condition of the car is good for it's age. No panel damage anywhere, just a few stone chips here and there which you would expect for a car if this age. The diamond cut wheels are in great condition, just one small mark on the OSF wheel. Scuff to top of rear bumper from loading/unloading. I have achieved 55-58 mpg on the motorway several times and around town it can be anything from 38-45mpg, depending on conditions. This car has electric drivers seat, heated front seats, full leather seats, cruise control, auto wipers, satnav, electric folding heated mirrors, headlight washers jets, Bluetooth phone calls, automatic adjusting headlights. Interior is in good condition, no rips, tears or scuffs. It has different driving modes which alters the throttle response, steering feel and suspension damping. Two Height boot floor.
