Description
Registered on 28 March 2013 by Chipperfield Land Rover, this 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography is a particularly unusual late-registered L322, finished in one of the strongest combinations for the model: Loire Blue over Ebony/Ivory Semi-Aniline leather. HPI clear and supported by a full service history, it was acquired directly from our own director, who bought the car in 2024 after spending around a year searching for the right late L322. It is supplied with 2 keys and the original owner's pack and 12 Month MOT.
With an L322 of this age, the quality of the maintenance matters far more than mileage in isolation, and this example has continued to receive proper attention. The last major service was completed at 118,000 miles and included the fuel filters, followed by a further service in August 2026 before being offered for sale. The gearbox was serviced during 2026, both front upper and lower suspension arms were replaced in April 2026, and the battery was renewed in December 2025. These are meaningful jobs on an L322 and demonstrate continued investment rather than deferred maintenance.
The 4.4 TDV8 is the later 313 bhp diesel drivetrain and suits the L322 exceptionally well, combining strong torque with the refinement expected from the flagship Range Rover. Autobiography was the top specification, and this car carries the cabin equipment that makes these late examples so desirable: Ebony/Ivory Semi-Aniline leather, full leather fascia and Autobiography door trim, Grand Black Lacquer finishers, heated and cooled front seats, powered reclining, heated and cooled rear seats, passenger memory, winged headrests and a heated half-wood steering wheel.
Factory equipment is equally comprehensive, including four-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control with forward alert and advanced emergency brake assist, Harman Kardon LOGIC7 surround sound, DAB, Dual View touchscreen, rear-view camera with front and rear parking sensors, electric sunroof, adaptive xenon headlights, heated windscreen, privacy glass, remote park heating, Terrain Response and Adaptive Dynamics. It also has a full-size spare wheel and 13-pin drop-plate tow bar.
A discreet 10.3-inch widescreen Apple CarPlay system has also been fitted, giving modern phone integration without detracting from the character of the original interior.
The combination of a 28 March 2013 registration, 4.4 TDV8 drivetrain, Autobiography specification, Loire Blue colour scheme and documented recent maintenance makes this a very compelling L322 for someone specifically seeking one of the final-era cars rather than simply the cheapest example available.
