Spares or repair, engine fault. Possible bottom end seizure, but not been confirmed. Engine turns over and has started but sounded rough so haven't tried since. I've spent 6k on the car since purchasing in 2022, so don't want to spend anymore getting it sorted, time to move on. Could be a relatively easy fix for someone. Had new timing chain and engine mounts in Spring 2024, new turbo and DPF clean and glow plugs in autumn 2024, recently had new exhaust manifold. Had gearbox service in 2022. All genuine Jag parts, have paperwork. New brake discs and pads on front late last year. Slight leak on no2 injector seal. Has loads of extras, can be remotely operated with your phone or smart watch with a Jaguar subscripton. Panoramic roof, fully heated seats, dual climate control and ac, heated steering wheel, sat nav, Apple CarPlay, quick clear windscreen, electric boot lid and all the usual Jag extras. Slight damage over the off side rear wheel arch, paintwork not cracked, should pull out. Needs a good valet and the engine sorting and will be a stunning car for someone. Car is currently stuck in park, can't engage neutral via the shifter, did the same when the turbo went. Buyer will have to recover the car with a truck and winch/trailer and winch etc. Car has been off road since June, mot ran out in July. Hpi clear.
