2002 Mazda MX-5 Mk2.5 73,540 Miles 1.8 petrol, 5-speed manual. MOT until April 2027. Very solid underneath for an NB MX-5 with remarkably little structural corrosion. Mechanics who have inspected/worked on the car have commented on how good it is underneath. Drives really well and is great fun. During my ownership it has had an oil and filter service, new spark plugs, new air filter and a general health check. Brakes were replaced shortly before I bought it. There are age-related cosmetic imperfections including visible rust around the rear sill/arch areas, some peeling paint and kerbing to the wheels. Soft top operates correctly with a couple of small worn areas. Aftermarket Android touchscreen stereo with Bluetooth. Handbrake currently requires attention. Cat N in 2022. No previous service history came with the car, but I have records of the maintenance carried out during my ownership. Overall a very solid and enjoyable Mk2.5 with a particularly good underside.
