Land Rover Discovery 4 3.0 TDV6 HSE in black. New gearbox, turbos replaced, timing belts done and just serviced. Full service history. Drives flawlessly. A bit of history on the car: A friend of mine bought the car in 2022 for 13,500 with 117k miles on the clock (receipt present). During his ownership, he had both timing belts done and both turbos replaced. The MOT had also mentioned a transfer box leak, so he decided to have the gearbox serviced. Unfortunately, straight after the service, a gearbox fault appeared and the car started going into limp mode. After a few attempts to fix it and being given some massive quotes, he eventually parked the car up, where it stayed for just over 2 years. I recently bought it from him and also tried to sort the gearbox issue, but without success. In the end, I decided to replace the gearbox completely with a really good unit that's only covered around 60k miles. Since then, I've also done quite a bit of cosmetic work, replaced the side steps and sorted various interior bits and bobs. The car now drives exactly as it should. Most of the big-ticket items that normally worry Discovery 4 owners have already been done - gearbox, turbos and timing belts. The air suspension works exactly as it should too. It's an HSE, so it's loaded with extras. There are 5 cameras in total. None were working when I got the car, but after moving and cleaning a few connections, the 3 main cameras are now working perfectly. The 2 front cameras still need looking at - I suspect the connections just need cleaning up properly. Air con works and blows cold, although it takes a couple of minutes to kick in. All other electronics work as they should. It's an amazing car to drive, really comfortable and now running spot on. I still drive the car from time to time, so the mileage may go up slightly from what's shown in the advert. Any questions, just give me a shout.
