Reluctantly selling our much loved BMW X3, only because we've moved to a Volvo XC90 to make room for our third child. Faultless since October 2020, bought at just over 33,000 miles, and driven across the UK and Europe without a hitch. Outside of routine servicing, the only things it has needed are a control arm (replaced proactively before an MOT) and tyres. That's it. FULL SERVICE HISTORY Serviced every year at the same trusted local garage, who also do the MOTs. No book stamps (digital record reset), but full paper invoices for every service are available. Oil additive (Liquid Moly) used every service, plus STP Ultra 5 in 1 diesel system cleaner. Ten consecutive MOT passes, zero failures, only advisories for normal wear items. One outstanding recall will be resolved and paid for by BMW before sale. Fresh MOT and service completed before handover. ENGINE No timing chain issues, always serviced ahead of schedule. Worth noting for any N47 diesel this age, but never given trouble here. HISTORY CHECKS No outstanding finance, no recorded damage, no theft markers, confirmed by two independent checks; buyer welcome to run their own too. The only flag on either is a minor 2014 DVLA mileage entry, rounded down by 306 miles, a data entry quirk, explained on the reports. SPECIFICATION M Sport with M Aerodynamics pack, 19in M double spoke alloys, Nevada leather, M multifunction wheel with paddle shift, Nav Pro with DAB and real time traffic, adaptive Xenons, front/rear PDC, cruise control, heated front seats. The 8 speed Steptronic auto (ZF 8HP45) is a real highlight: smooth around town, relaxed on the motorway, genuinely economical for the size and power. CONDITION Interior just deep cleaned. Leather treated with proper balm (Meguiars), never cheap silicone products. Small dent on the rear passenger door, some light scratches and age related marks. A few stone chips in the windscreen. Alloys show light kerbing, would benefit from a refurb, cosmetic only. Always run premium Pirelli PZero tyres; one budget tyre fitted after a pothole. No spare wheel; puncture repair kit, spare budget front tyre, boot liner and mats included. Averaging ~7,400 miles a year, low for the age.
