A very low-mileage example that was purchased directly from Mercedes-Benz as an Approved Used car in June 2019 at 12,308 miles. It has only covered around 10,000 miles since and has just had a full service and fresh MOT carried out in preparation for sale. My mechanic, who has just serviced and MOT'd the car, advised that this appears to be a known Mercedes Cabriolet window/roof-interlock type issue and should be diagnosable by Mercedes or a specialist. I have not had the exact component diagnosed, so I am being completely transparent rather than guessing at the repair. The car was inherited from my father and I am selling simply because I do not drive, which is also why I have not taken it to Mercedes to have the issue investigated.
