NEEDS NEW STARTER MOTOR. I've had this car for three years, absolute joy to drive. Very tidy, a few marks and one very small dent, but looks good inside and out. It's been at my mechanic's every now and then (as happens with older cars) but it easily passed the MOT last April. I'm bad at keeping paperwork, but if someone wanted to know exactly what work was done to it recently, I could ask my mechanic. I put some new tires on it before last MOT. It was driving beautifully but then suddenly just wouldn't start. So I've reluctantly had to do the sensible thing and buy a recent, slightly boring car. Just had a mobile mechanic around, he says it needs a new starter motor. He would charge me around three hundred quid to get it back on the road. So I'm trying to sell it as is, I was thinking of advertising it for around thousand three hundred quid. The car definitely has lots of life left in it. I guess this car is for someone who likes a proper car and is able to work on it themselves or knows someone.
