I have had this car for 9 years, it has been great fun. In the last few years it has had new discs, a cat, welding last year, brake pipes etc. It has now become time to pass onto a new owner. On a pre mot inspection at my local garage it is thought to require a bit more welding on the rear subframe to pass, hence the cheap price.
