Mazda 2 - Reliable, Economical & Long MOT Good little runner that starts and drives well. Mechanically sound and has been looked after during my ownership, with servicing carried out as required. Rear shock absorbers were replaced last year and the front shocks around two years ago. It also has a new set of tyres fitted fairly recently. The car has a long MOT until August 2027. The latest MOT has one advisory for corrosion around a rear suspension spring mounting area, which the tester noted as not excessive. This could be cleaned back and treated with suitable rust protection to help prevent it progressing. The interior is clean and tidy and the car comes with: * Alloy wheels * Rear parking sensors * Fog lights * Tinted rear windows * 5 doors * Economical petrol engine * Manual gearbox There is visible scuffing and rust on the lower door/side area, clearly shown in the photos. This was caused by scraping the side of the car while entering a parking space, rather than general age-related corrosion. Surface rust has developed where the paintwork was damaged. It is bodywork damage and the affected doors could be repaired or replaced if someone wanted to improve the appearance. The cosmetic condition has been taken into account in the asking price.
