This isn't an immaculate Jeep. It has dents and scratches which I've tried to show clearly in the photos, but it is great fun to drive, has always been reliable for me and still drives and handles well. It has approximately 138,000 miles, MOT until 22 June 2027, good tyres and brakes all round, and the 4WD system works properly, including low range. It has had three owners. I bought it from a friend in Surrey who used it for getting around with his horses, mountain biking trips and commuting. I've mainly used it for recreation, camping and mountain biking. So although cosmetically tired, it hasn't spent its life as a heavily worked commercial vehicle. Known faults / things to be aware of: Service book is missing. I know servicing has been carried out during its life, but I can't document a complete service history. Heater blower control currently only operates at off/max. The air conditioning still works surprisingly well. The sill required welding for a previous MOT. The repaired area is shown in the photos. Driver's seat recline adjustment no longer works. The backrest is securely fixed in one position and is roadworthy, although the position is fairly upright. Bonnet and rear-window gas struts are tired. Otherwise it's a solid, usable old Jeep with plenty of character. The 2.8 CRD engine, automatic gearbox, 4WD and low range all work well. Comes with detachable tow ball and towing accessories. Thule Aero roof bars are not included at the advertised price, but could be negotiated separately.
