Description

BMW 525i SE 2.5 Petrol MOT May 2027 Lots of Receipts & Some Recent Maintenance BMW 525i SE, 2.5-litre petrol, registration VE56 KYK. A genuine, comfortable and well-equipped E60 with a good amount of service history, lots of supporting receipts and a substantial amount of recent maintenance. I purchased the car in April 2026 specifically to use for longer motorway journeys while caring for my parents, rather than putting the mileage on a car I had on finance. Unfortunately, my own health now means I am no longer able to make those journeys, so the car is reluctantly being sold. Recent work carried out at MOT. 4 new Falken ZE320 tyres, non-runflat Rear brake discs, brake pads, wear sensor & Rear parking-brake shoes replaced Front-left shock absorber & top strut mount replaced Both axial/rack-end joints & tie-rod ends replaced inc alignment All 4 rear parking sensors replaced Windscreen weather strip replaced The car also has a full-size spare wheel, with a legal but worn tyre fitted. I have not got around to sourcing a space-saver spare. Service history There is a partial service history with lots of receipts, including records going back many years and from BMW specialists. The history documents regular servicing and numerous repairs over the car's life, and car currently has an MOT until May 2027, and has approximately 6,000 miles remaining until the next oil service. Specification 2.5-litre petrol engine Automatic Leather interior Wood interior trim Alloy wheels Electric windows Electric seats Climate control Cruise control Speed limiter Full-size spare wheel 4 new non-runflat tyres 1 key, which operates the central locking when close to the vehicle Condition For its age, the car presents well, but it is not being advertised as immaculate and purchased as seen, tried and tested. There are some slight scratches to the driver's rear door and some marks consistent with the age of the vehicle. The headlights would also benefit from a polish to smarten up. A good opportunity for someone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped 2.5-litre E60 petrol BMW, particularly someone who appreciates these cars and is looking for one with a substantial amount of recent maintenance already completed. Viewing welcome. Please study the photographs and ask any questions before travelling.
