Selling my outstanding Mk4 Titanium Mondeo 2.0 TDCI. Not to be confused with other examples on sale, it has been cherished since rolling off the Genk Ford plant in 2010. When I bought the car, it had one owner from new who clearly cared for it meticulously, and so have I. Full Ford Service History (including transmission). Four new Uniroyal RainSport 5 tyres. Disks and pads are less than 2 years old. Stunning condition inside and out. F&R sensors, 6 CD Changer, Dual Zone AC, QuickClear Screen, power drivers seat, Aux, BT Phone, Voice controls and more. Original service books, invoices and two keys. The car has been serviced regardless of cost. The service book shows a lifetime of service stamps by Tim Norton Ford in Oakham, where it has been carefully maintained its entire life. I have serviced it TWICE every year and Ford do a full transmission service at MOT time. The gearbox has been serviced several times by Ford, and operates smoothly with no slipping, juddering or noises. The Getrag 6DCT450 gearbox, - badged as the powershift by Ford - are excellent only if they have been properly serviced, which this one has. The turbo spools freely and strongly with no unwanted noises or smoking. The engine note is exactly correct. The 2.0 TDCI unit is capable of enormous mileage. The car has averaged 47.5 mpg over the last 2 years, which is almost exclusively from commuting down the A1 every day. The car is never used for short trips. I have taken her on the Eurotunnel to France and Belgium several times. Even during these long journeys, the car has never overheated, broken down or failed to deliver at 40 degrees or minus 5! The pictures speak for themselves, the paint and bodywork is in stunning condition with only a few tiny marks. The interior is equally immaculate with no rips, tears or staining anywhere. The black cloth and sports seat are very comfortable as you'd expect. Any inspection will show what a cherished car this has been. It is a very reluctant sale indeed but a new car forces sale. With a full year's MOT and a very clean bill of health from Ford, this car will give many happy miles to it's new owner. Open to sensible offers.
