Description
Mercedes SLK 230 Kompressor
This is not your average SLK.
The car was rescued from a shed after being stored for approximately two years. Since buying it, I've gone right through the car mechanically and cosmetically, with a substantial amount of time and money spent bringing it back to an exceptional standard.
All mechanical work was carried out by a Mercedes specialist, including:
* Full service, all filters and fluids changed
* New alternator and belts
* New battery
* K40 relay/control module replaced (well known R170 issue)
* Four new brake discs and pads
* New brake calipers
* New rear coil springs
* New sensors and brake light switch
* Brake fluid replaced
* Full mechanical and safety check
Invoice for this work is present.
It has since passed its MOT with no advisories.
Cosmetically, the car is mint. It has had two new front wings replaced and painted (common rust area) followed by a full professional detail and paint correction. The Bahama Blue paintwork really is stunning and the photographs speak for themselves.
The black leather interior is equally clean, and the electric folding hardtop operates exactly as it should.
The little car has 88K miles and has had an absolute fortune spent on it.
Not to be confused with the usual tired examples, this one is excellent.
Car is in Northern Ireland. Delivery can be arranged.
