Fantastic condition, has a proper heavy duty tow bar and all the usual R line extras - heated steering wheel and seats, huge sunroof etc etc. We bought the car last November to tow my son's race car around the country. We only towed the race car a couple of times when he changed race car and the new one would no longer fit in the trailer (too low). We have now purchased a truck with tail lift instead. Little used in my ownership but we did go to France in it this summer and it is the most comfortable car we have ever made the trip in. It had a small coolant leak in the V of the engine so it went to a local 5 star VW specialist and they replaced the coolant regulating valve and associated components as well as a preventative job of re-welding the exhaust to turbo joint as this also commonly fails. A few months later there was another leak so this time they replaced the coolant thermostat housing as well as the water pump etc whilst they had it apart. Each repair cost over £1,200 (with receipts to prove). These are usual engine problems on a Touareg of this age / mileage so you will be pleased to know that they have been sorted. Lots of service history and has had 2 extra oil changes this year due to the engine work that was carried out. 2 keys.
