This well looked after car had 3 previous owners, but we owned and enjoyed it for a bit more than the last 10 years, when it was looked after by local independent BMW specialists. Used mainly for long trips in Europe for business and holidays. We are downsizing the X5 for BMW X1, so still keeping to BMW. For the last 5 years we used a BMW i3 for local driving, prior to this an Audi A1. It has a factory fitted BMW towbar, with detachable towball, used for towing a medium weight caravan a few times, but mainly a light 1800 kg keel-boat. Tyres still have plenty of life left, and next service is in about 10,000 miles. Great car for eating motorway miles, comfortable for 5 people but also great for taking garden cuttings to the tip. Original M Sport wheels recently refurbished - we are not aware of any significant scratches or marks - see photos. The 4.0d has twin turbos, giving it more power, and lower fuel consumption; lower emissions and hence lower road tax than standard X5 3 .0. We will have some extras available for separate sale, including a set of winter wheels and used tyres, BMW roof bars , and luggage compartment protective mat/carpet.
