Genuine low mileage 2010 Mini Clubman, Graphite Limited Edition, further upgraded with a new set of alloy rims. For a compact vehicle the Clubman is remarkably practical. There is plenty of adjustment to the fabric seats to accommodate the tallest driver, the back seats have Isofix mounts, access to them is through the side door and the rear load space is generous. This can be further enlarged by dropping the back seats and the twin rear doors can also be opened remotely by the key fob. Two remote keys are present and it has central locking with an alarm immobiliser. Rear parking sensors are fitted. With stability control, front and side airbags and anti-lock brakes as standard, it is both safe and fun to drive, with legendary Mini handling. The newer 1.6l engine offers lively performance and excellent economy, quoted at 50mpg, with low emission levels as well. Insurance at Group 13 is inexpensive and a year's road tax £170. The Clubman benefits from the reliability and quality of finish to be expected of a BMW product. The mileage is 75,500, the last MOT in May '26 was a Pass with four minor advisories. There is a record of earlier services and maintenance; the clutch assembly, timing chain, front springs and rear drop links have all been replaced. Few examples of this model are available in this condition with such limited mileage and, with all the Clubman's features and kerb appeal, it offers great value for money.
