This is a great car with the interior in particular in good condition. Just 3 owners from new. Being the "face-lift" F11 version of the 5 series, it looks like much newer models and features tech that you still don't get on a lot of newer cars. It also has the sports gearbox pack so has the flappy-paddle gear change option. It has had the sat nav updated to the latest maps version. As you can see in the pictures, there are the usual marks and scratches you'd expect on a vehicle of this age and mileage, hence the price. It is running fine and has recently had 4 new tyres (Michellins on the fronts and Divanti on the rears) and a new battery. The timing chain was done at 128,540 miles. Serviced regularly, it starts first time and has done mostly motorway miles. Selling only because a newer car came available at short notice. In the interest of being transparent, the car needs the following sorting if you felt the need to do it: inner rear light replacing. It is a loose connection. There is a sensor saying the boot is open when it is not. It could be a wire in the hinge apparently. Car locks fine, it just shows boot as open on the dash. An exhaust hanger is rattling. That's a cheap fix. It's a good car that just needs a bit of TLC now. To fix an oil leak I had the gasket on the valve cover done which sorted out a common prob on older BMW's. The leak had damaged the under-tray so it needs an under-tray ideally. It should be good for many more miles yet. If you know how to sort the bits I've mentioned yourself then you'll get a lot of car for your money. No time wasters or tyre-kickers please. It's been priced with the known repairs/fixes in mind. Looking at similar listings, this looks like the cheapest one of its age and mileage in the UK at the moment. There are 2 keys. I also have 4 additional alloy wheels for it if you wanted them for a bit extra. Useful for a winter set of tyres. Sold as is. This is a private sale without warranty or finance.
