VW Tiguan 2.0 TDI 4WD - 2014 Welcome to the advert for our VW Tiguan. This has been our main family car for around three or four l years and has been a fantastic, reliable and practical vehicle for us. We've now purchased something slightly newer, so it's time for the Tiguan to go to a new home. It's a 2014 VW Tiguan 2.0 TDI 4WD, finished in grey. The 4-wheel-drive system is particularly useful in poor weather and has been great for us when driving in snow or heading out on muddy country walks. The car has full service history and is in good overall condition for its age and mileage. The cambelt and water pump were replaced shortly before we purchased the car, and it has also had its Haldex system serviced. This is worth mentioning as Haldex servicing is sometimes overlooked on these 4WD models, despite being important for the system. Points to note * If the car has been left standing for a week or so, the clutch pedal can occasionally sit slightly lower than normal. A few pumps of the pedal brings it back to its usual position. This has never caused us an issue during our ownership. * There is a dent/scratch on the driver's front door, unfortunately caused by someone hitting it in a car park and driving away. I've simply kept it clean and polished, but I want to be upfront about it. We've genuinely enjoyed owning this car and it has been a great family vehicle for us. It's economical, practical and the 4WD is a really useful feature. The car is booked in for its MOT at the end of September.
