The fault codes indicated a starter/generator fault and the garage has advised that the first step would be replacement of the starter motor, with a quoted cost of £468. We have chosen not to carry out this repair as the vehicle starts and drives perfectly and the issue only affects the stop/start function. This has been fully reflected in the asking price.
