We have owned this van for around 7 years it's only had occasional light use mainly furniture moving it's has never missed a beat, Apart from the top coat of paint peeling off in places that make it look tatty it's in excellent order both mechanically and no rot and very minor surface rust, if your reading this you will know these fiat engines are good for 250k with care at only 85k it's just run in, I have no cam belt history but could ask the previous owner who is a friend who we bought it off so it's quiet possible it was done at around 60k I will find out. It drives perfectly no unwanted lights on dash or no bumps and rattles, lh back door has small split and plastic door card is all cracked drivers side but duct tape mends it. Not sure where to pitch this van it is ready for work, or would make a cheap base for a camper conversion, it has a tow bar that to my knowledge has never been used.
