Description

Reluctantly selling my F-Type V6 S, currently on just over 38,000 miles. It's been a dream car of mine and I haven't owned it for long, but my wife and I are hoping to do some travelling before we have kids and, regrettably, freeing up the money makes more sense at the moment. Finished in Polaris White with 20" Tornado alloys, Black Pack and red brake calipers. Spec includes Meridian sound system, heated steering wheel, heated/electrically adjustable seats, switchable active sports exhaust and Adaptive Dynamics/Dynamic mode. The private registration G8 FTJ - "GREAT F-TYPE JAGUAR" is also included with the car. It has extensive documented service history, which I've summarised in the photos. From what I understand, the car spent approximately its first 5 years in storage, explaining the unusually low early mileage (just 191 miles in 2018). Serviced by a JLR independent specialist in August 2026 at 38,104 miles, including fresh oil/filter and health check. No coolant leaks, suspension play or misfire-related fault codes found. In July 2026 the water pump was replaced and the original plastic coolant/Y-pipe system upgraded to genuine JLR aluminium components, along with a new coolant hose and fresh coolant - worthwhile preventative work on an early F-Type. MOT until May 2027 with no advisories. Bodywork and roof are in very good condition for a 13-year-old car, with just a few age-related stone chips and a small dent on the boot lid. All four Tornado alloys are being professionally refurbished prior to sale. I want to be upfront about two things. The electric roof works, although occasionally the driver's side needs a little helping hand when it starts to close and is believed to be battery related as more often it will close by itself once the car has been running. There is also a slight rear knock at low speeds over smaller bumps. This was investigated during the recent health check and no suspension play was found. Jaguar issued a technical bulletin for a very similar issue on early F-Types involving rear spring isolator sleeves; my VIN falls within the affected range and I have the genuine replacement parts ready to fit. Drives brilliantly and sounds fantastic. Plenty of paperwork/invoices included and happy for any genuine buyer to look through the history.
