Regretful sale of my 2008 Renault Clio Renaultsport (197), as my studies are about to come to an end and I am moving back home. I have tried to fix as much as I could and within my budget but some things (like the exhaust) where just to much. Mechanically it's sound, feel like it's ready to have the classic mods thrown at it (as that's where parts are starting to be a bit tired). MOT till July 2027. Only had it for 3 months but have done the following myself: - New Dephaser - New CAM belt, Aux belt, water pump and associated tensioners - New spark plugs - Coolant flush - Brake fluid flush Had the gearbox rebuilt and clutch replacement in 2023 (87 506 miles) by a previous owner, listed in the log book but I don't have the receipt. Overall, the gearbox is nice and smooth. Other niceties: - Refurbished wheels - Lowing springs - Cruise control - Keyless entry and locking - Renault sport mats (plus spare no name mats) - 2 keys All the Bad Bits: - Small blemishes on the bumper, body, and door handles (expected for age) - Very small exhaust leak from the headers (I cannot located exactly where on the headers though) - Driver side seat bolster wear - MOT advisories (License light has been fixed) - Blower not working on setting 4 - AC needs a regas (I believe) - Steering wheel peeling (I have a new cover but don't mind its current state) - Diffuser is melted a little on the drivers side around the exhaust
