We're the 2nd owner of this car, bought from SEAT Sunderland in 2021 and it has been a very practical and dependable family car for the past 5 years. Genuine reason for sale, we want more space and more seats so we're going for a Nissan Elgrand. The 1.4 TSI engine runs smooth, pulls well and good on fuel. Mechanically this car wants for nothing. Always served on time, service booklet present with services at 9K, 18K, 32K, 41K, 48K, 58K, 69K, 80K, & at 88K just last month. So as you'd expect the car drives really well. All front lower suspension arms and bushes were also replaced and front tracking done when it was in for its service last month. MOT til 22/04/2027. The only advisories on the last MOT were front suspension bushes which were replaced last month. This car has never let us down with the exception of the water pump which was replaced under warranty with all belts, pulleys and tensioners by SEAT at 42 k miles. Premium matching tyres all round (goodyear efficient grip performance), I wont touch budget tyres. All with good tread. All discs and pads are in good shape with plenty of life left in them. Ateca specific rear window shades and boot floor cover included. Roof bars and bike carriers shown are not included in sale. On the exterior there are some stone chips on the front of the car, wheels have some corrosion and there is a small scratch on the rear driver side door and plastic wheel arch trim as photographed.
