Description

A beautiful and exceptionally well-presented 2004 Jaguar XKR 4.2 Supercharged Coup, finished in black with a striking ivory/white leather interior and showing just 46,726 miles. This is a car I have taken considerable pride in owning and maintaining. It has been garaged during my ownership and has benefited from significant recent expenditure and restorative work carried out by Elite Jaguar in Derby, a highly regarded independent Jaguar specialist. The work was undertaken with the intention of getting the car into the condition it deserves, rather than simply doing the minimum required. Invoices are present documenting the recent specialist work and expenditure, alongside the car's full service history, providing an excellent record of the care and investment that has gone into the car during my ownership. The result is a genuinely lovely XKR that presents beautifully and is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. It is in perfect working order and drives exactly as it should. The car comes with a full service history and has just passed its MOT, which now runs until 23 August 2027. It has also just had a brand-new battery fitted. A particularly attractive feature of the car is its original champagne split-rim alloy wheels, which have recently been professionally refurbished and look superb against the black bodywork. Combined with the beautiful light leather interior, it is an especially elegant and timeless specification. Powered by Jaguar's superb 4.2-litre supercharged V8 producing 400 bhp, the XKR combines effortless performance with the refinement and comfort of a true grand tourer. The 4.2 Supercharged X100 remains a very special Jaguar, and well-cared-for, low-mileage examples are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Importantly, this is not simply an older XKR that has been cosmetically prepared for sale. Considerable time, care and money have been invested in the car during my ownership, including specialist restorative work, with the aim of getting it into genuinely excellent condition. With just 46,726 miles, full service history, documented specialist work by Elite Jaguar, fresh MOT, newly refurbished original split-rim alloys and a new battery, this is a particularly well-cared-for example that I believe will appeal to someone looking for a special XKR to own and enjoy. A wonderful modern-classic Jaguar that needs to be seen and driven to be fully appreciated. Private sale. Genuine enquiries and viewings welcome.
