This Clubman is a good car which runs and drives, but it does need some mechanical work to get it back to its best. The main issue is that the synchro on 2nd gear has failed and it will pop out of gear when not under acceleration. This is not uncommon for these Getrag 6 speeds as I have learned, but it does require a gearbox replacement/refubishment to sort. It would make a lot of sense to do the clutch and flywheel at the same time considering the mileage. Other small issues are that there is a rattle from the bottom pulley, A/C needs regassing and the front wishbone bushes are likely to need replacing soon. Garage noted a misting of oil around the front of the engine. EGR recall was carried out by Mini Worthing - this also means the car is eligible for a free MOT until May 2027 at a BMW/Mini approved service centre. There is a small dent at the front left in the bonnet (pictured). There is partial service history contained in the MMI. In December 2025 at 105K miles, a major service was carried out and a 4 wheel alignment. I have installed a RoadTop MMI box which uses the original screen to add wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
