For sale is my 2006 Toyota Corolla SR 1.6 VVT-i, which has been my pride and joy for the last 4 years. I am only the second owner from new. It's a cracking little car, great fun to drive and something you don't see on the roads very often. It has a 1.6 VVT-i petrol engine, FWD and a manual gearbox, with around 112,000 miles which will slowly rise as it's still in use. The engine is solid, runs brilliantly and has no unusual noises or concerns. It has also just had fresh front brake pads and front control arms. The MOT is due in October and is already booked in at my local garage. The car comes with service history, original OEM paperwork and manuals, two keys, and I've done my best to keep receipts and invoices for work carried out over the years but there is a gap between 2023 and 2025 as I lost the logbook in a house move then found it tucked away recently! Specification & extras: T Sport alloy wheels. Factory tinted windows. Electric wing mirrors. Bluetooth radio - original OEM radio also available. Custom-made stainless steel exhaust by Tony Banks. Pair of good-quality front winter/snow tyres included - these have been brilliant through the snowy Lake District winters There are a few light cosmetic modifications, including a professionally fitted and legal sun-strip and tinted yellow fog lights. There are also some stickers which I can remove if preferred. For a 20-year-old car, the interior is in really good condition and has been very well looked after. There is some expected wear and tear and a few light marks on some of the seats, but otherwise it presents very well. The bodywork is also great for its age, with some light scuffs and scratches as you would expect, but no major dents. The underneath is exactly what you would expect from a 20-year-old car, but there are no major rust issues or anything of major concern.It has been a brilliant, reliable little runner for me. I think it would make a fantastic car for a Toyota enthusiast, someone looking for something a little different, or a new driver wanting a cheap, quirky first car that isn't boring. Sold as seen.
